Due to this explicit agreement, any spam complaint made by you as a result of these mailings are completely null and void. If such a spam complaint interferes with the proper operation of XyberClub.com or Xyber Club's TrafficMAX in any way, you may be liable for any lost revenues, as can be proven in a court of law.

You agree not to engage in any spam activity. Sending U.C.E. (unsolicited commercial email) is strictly forbidden. If there is sufficient proof of a spam complaint made against you, we will terminate your account and further ban you from using Xyber Club's TrafficMAX.
Account Termination
Xyber Club's TrafficMAX reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate any account for spam, abuse of services, fraud, illegal content or any other activity which we feel undermines the reputation, fair use, and proper function of Your Site Name HERE.
Account Rejection
Xyber Club's TrafficMAX may at any time refuse to include or reject any user in the network that is found to be inappropriate, based solely on Xyber Club's TrafficMAX discretion. We DO NOT accept any website which has pornagraphy, or contains any illegal content or activities whatsoever.
