What exactly is Xyber Club?
Xyber Club is a "parent" website that provides a central location where individual memberships and products such as Ad Tracking and Ebooks for Success can be purchased and conveniently accessed. It also provides tutorials and free webmaster scripts and tools.
How do I become a member of Xyber Club?
There are two ways to "join" Xyber Club. 1) Sign up for a free Xyber Club account (gives you access to valuable tutorials and free webmaster tools and scripts). 2) Purchase individual products and/or paid memberships through Xyber Club. Either way, you will have your own account whereby you can access your personal members-only area through private login.
Will I be required to purchase something?
Having a Xyber Club account puts you under no obligation whatsoever. If you don't care to purchase any products or memberships, that's entirely your choice.
I merely want to purchase a product and/or paid membership. Why am I required to register on the order page?
As part of the purchase process, we require each buyer to initiate their own password-protected members area. This allows them to privately and securely access their purchased product and/or membership and anything associated with that product or membership (sales material, tutorials, webmaster tools, instructions, help documents, bonuses, etc.).
I already signed up for a free Xyber Club membership. How do I purchase products or paid memberships without having to register again?
Log in to your Xyber Club account and click on the "Products Catalog" link. From that page, you'll be able to order any and all available products and paid memberships without having to re-register.
Does it cost extra to register with Xyber Club?
No. There are no fees involved in opening a Xyber Club account. It's merely a necessary step involved in purchasing any of the products or paid memberships through Xyber Club.
Who or what is Sites500?
Sites500 is the business name under which all purchases for several different websites, including Xyber Club, are conducted. (You'll see "a sites500 website" logo at the bottom of sites that are associated with Sites500.)
What if I purchased a single product and don't want to keep an account with Xyber Club?
Once you've downloaded your product (or at any other time you choose), you can cancel your account by sending a request through our support contact form. Just keep in mind that if you come back at a later date to purchase another product or membership from Xyber Club, you'll need to register again.
How much does a Xyber Club account cost?
As previously stated, it doesn't cost anything to open a Xyber Club Account. The individual paid memberships and products we sell, however, do have individual prices.
I haven't signed up for a Xyber Club account. Is there any way I can see beforehand what products and paid memberships are available?
Featured memberships are listed on the Xyber Club homepage. We recommend, however, that you go ahead and sign up for a free Xyber Club account. That way you'll see firsthand exactly what Xyber Club has to offer. (The Products Catalog - which lists all products and memberships - is accessible from the Member Homepage.)
How do I make my individual membership payments?
All payments are handled exclusively through PayPal. Once you have joined an individual membership through Xyber Club, all future monthly "subscription" fees will be automatically deducted through PayPal (by PayPal).
Can I cancel a monthly subscription membership?
You can cancel a monthly subscription membership at any time. Simply log in to your PayPal account, use "History" to navigate to the original Subscription Creation invoice for Sites500, and then click on "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of that page.
Do you issue refunds?
Unless there's an unusual or extenuating circumstance, refunds are not awarded. That's because you immediately receive complete access to everything you've purchased.
What is the advantage of being a Xyber Club member?
For one thing, it gives you a private and secure environment in which to access everything associated with your purchase. Secondly, members automatically become affiliates of Xyber Club. If you choose to do so, you can promote your unique affiliate URL address and earn income from every sale you personally generate.
Can someone new to the Internet benefit from Xyber Club?
Absolutely! With all the clear and concise information contained in the membership area, it's the perfect place for so-called "newbies" to establish a strong Internet marketing foundation. How do I become a Xyber Club affiliate?
When you open a free Xyber Club account or purchase a product or paid membership, you are automatically signed up as an affiliate.
Can I become an affiliate without opening a Xyber Club account?
No. Only Xyber Club members have the ability to take part in our affiliate program.
How soon can I start earning affiliate income?
You can start earning affiliate income immediately by simply promoting your unique affiliate link (located on your Member Homepage).
How do I get paid for any sales I make?
Xyber Club pays affiliates once a month through PayPal.
PayPal isn't available in my country. Can I still become an affiliate?
Unfortunately, no. PayPal is the only payment processor being used for the Xyber Club affiliate program at this time.
How much money will I be paid?
You will receive a 50% commission for each and every sale generated through your personal affiliate link. In the case of recurring monthly memberships, you will also receive that same amount of commission for every month each signup remains active.
Is there any limit to the number of sales I can make?
There is no limit to the number of sales you can make.
How much total income can I make?
Xyber Club makes no claims or promises with regard to the total income that can be earned. Basically, it depends on how much time and effort you're willing to invest in advertising and promoting your Xyber Club affiliate link.
Do you supply any promotional materials?
In the private Xyber Club membership area, you'll find promotion images, ads, and sales copy. Additionally, there are several tutorials as well as other marketing information that will assist you in all your advertising and promotion efforts.
Are there any restrictions on how I can promote Xyber Club?
Any of the usual legitimate and ethical marketing methods such as ezine advertising, click-thru programs, pay-per-click and regular search engine submission, and opt-in mailings (i.e., your own personal subscribers or mailing list members), would certainly be acceptable. However, no form of SPAM tactics will be tolerated. Any member found to have used this type of promotion will have their paid membership terminated. NO exceptions.
Would a "rented" mailing list be considered a spam tactic?
That depends. Not all mailing lists are truly opt-in and therefore safe to use. If you are considering the rental or purchase of a mailing list, make certain you've established that the names and email addresses are legitimate opt-in members as opposed to being harvested at random from across the Internet and through newsgroups. HINT: If someone offers you a deal on one (or more) million "safe" email addresses, run the other way!
I'm using a legitimate opt-in list but got accused of spam. Now what?
This happens on occasion. People who "opt-in" for certain lists sometimes forget that they've done so. Or, their email address was passed on to some other list without their permission. Either way, you might receive a message from someone claiming that you've spammed them. Just send a polite email of apology explaining that you're using such-and-such list, and since you have no control over the names and addresses, they need to go directly to the source in order to be removed.
My advertising and promotion isn't working. Any suggestions?
Not knowing what type of promotion we're talking about or the quality of your efforts, I can only suggest that you refer to the tutorials, advice, and information in the Xyber Club membership area.
