This is where most people hoping to establish an online business venture stumble and fall. Rather than develop a solid plan of direction, they merely run with a general (even generic) overall concept in mind. For the most part, they set up shop by creating a website and then begin a somewhat random procedure of adding this and that. The mistake most beginners make is allowing their own ego to affect their decision in designing a website. They get so caught up in utilizing whatever bells, whistles, and new innovations they happen to stumble across, their website has a tendency to take on a life of it's own.
